Come join us for an evening of practice together, as Simcha uses her birthday as an excuse for us to gather to open our hearts with Cacao, practice some Kundalini, have a community meal and then to sing Kirtan together.

Come join us to be in community the eve of Simcha's birthday
To be with cacao, to practice kundalini, to eat a community pot luck meal together
and then to sing with one another, as Ellis and Shaun will guide us in some Kirtan!
No experience needed and all are welcome.
