Multifaceted in ability to embody a variety of roles,
archetypes, energies, dimensions, dialects,
styles, abilities and energetics.
I create in a variety of artistic mediums
from digital, print, to mixed media,
storylines and voices,
metaphors and symbols,
archetypes and symbols
by using both the visual arts,
the power of words,
performances and experiential artistry of soul,
to create artistry as a way of living
to embody through ritual, intention, + authenticity.
My Current Work is in creating articulation
of self and others in transformation of self

poetry to story-telling,
to co-collaborating to create
spaces and places, in digital and print form,
virtual to in-person opportunities
through building a community that is committed
to being teachers and students of life.

MY CREATIONS / ARTISTRY / OFFERINGS
are a metaphoric mirror of my interior
weaved with this exterior World we breathe in
Worlds intertwined between self + community.
Creating to articulate what it means
to encompass a sea of a heart.
My practice: to slow dance
At the tension points between
a manic yet majestic mind,
held by tender skin attempting to hold steady,
as my spirit accesses the cosmos above
while my roots dig into the belly of the core below.
My quest as a devoted spiritual warrior
bonded in this form of skin and bones
with wounds and wins:
is to accept the fact that I am human.

rather to express through myself,
beside a collective that stands for
Something bigger than self + what is
Desiring revolutions of humanity,
where artists lead by speaking for the people,
not to twist us smaller,
nor sell us to any-thing-or-thought not true.
I’ve been granted the curse and blessing
to have inside-out girl skin that trembles with truth.
Feeling the type of “too much” for comfort.
Swinging too hard from highs and lows.
Unwilling to disbelieve in a World I dream of.
Regardless of reality’s harshness
Nearly cracking to break me plenty of times,
in an attempt to force me to give my power away,
and to settle into the thought
that this World is the way that it is.
My art is rooted in wonder, intention + possibility.
Creations sharing the beauty + the beast
of the intangible space between + beyond.
Letting my art be a prayer
to what could be as I celebrate life,
as I re-claim my Hebrew name Simcha:
A blessing, celebration, joy,
Revealing + bringing to light
To every-which-thing I can
Regardless of the nature
To heal . To learn . To offer.
