ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us for a sacred evening honoring the new moon and welcoming the Chinese New Year, the Lunar New Year - a time of fresh beginnings, renewal, and infinite possibility.
This gathering is a weave of ritual arts, kundalini yoga and mindful movements, culminating in a restorative shavasana sound bath, where you will receive energy medicine through polarity therapy, reflexology, sound, and reiki.
Together we'll experience a tea ceremony, honoring ancient traditions of presence and connection, to then move through our yoga flow into a sound bath + receiving of energy work. We will then transition into a nourishing potluck dinner to celebrate community and abundance.
What to Bring:
